Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
A:
There are many factors that affect drying time including type of carpet, ventilation, humidity, soil conditions, and the amount of carpet being cleaned in a building. Many carpets can be dry enough to use in a short time under optimal conditions. We usually tell our clients to allow overnight to be on the safe side. Drying can be accelerated by using fans.

Q: Does carpet cleaning remove pet odors?
A:
Most of the time pet urine has penetrated into the carpet backing and pad and is beyond the reach of a normal carpet cleaning. Therefore we can not guarantee pet odor removal.

Q: Do you move furniture?
A:
Yes! For our lowest price we ask that as much as possible be removed and the carpets vacuumed prior to our arrival. The remaining pieces of furniture are moved around as needed during the cleaning. Foil or blocks are placed underneath as needed to protect the carpet and furniture. Full 100% service is available.

Q: Does carpet cleaning remove all spots and stains?
A:
Most spots will be rinsed away during the cleaning process. Some may require measures beyond a normal carpet cleaning. Some may be permanent. We can often identify problem spots during our initial inspection.

Q: Do you use harsh chemicals?
A:
The cleaning process is primarily done by rinse extraction using mostly water. A small amount of mild cleaning agents are used to loosen soil. Occasionally stronger chemicals are used in very small amounts on spots.

Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment?
A:
Usually about a week is sufficient. If a certain date is required it's a good idea to schedule as far in advance as possible. Short notice appointments are sometimes available. Don't be afraid to call and ask!

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A:
Sorry, not at this time.
